Although Cenova has a broader range than plastic, it still revolves significantly around plastic. That’s how it all started, and injection molding and vacuum forming remain our core processes.
Cenova has 14 injection molding machines ranging from 35 to 300 tons, varying between horizontal/vertical and electric/hydraulic, all located in classified cleanrooms. In line with our focus on efficiency and lean manufacturing, robots are often used to automate our processes. The majority of our injection molding machines are also equipped with conveyor belts that deliver components to our quality department for inspection.
Cenova is also one of the few companies in Sweden that offers vacuum forming in classified cleanrooms. The product range varies from blisters used as sterile barriers together with Tyvek to transport trays for needles, syringes, and plates for in-vitro diagnostic purposes.
Cenova also has a large mechanical workshop for tool development, repair, maintenance, and service. A significant area of use is the development of production aids to enhance production efficiency.
Involving Cenova early in component manufacturing ensures a quick and efficient path to a final design. With our broad expertise, we can contribute everything from flow analyses in injection molding tools to Luer testing according to ISO 80369-7.
